- Healthcare organisations are Belgian hospitals (academic or not) and other healthcare providers such as Homecare organisations
- Members & partners are any company or institution registered as effective member and/or partner of one of the 3 clusters (Lifetech, Biowin and MEDVIA)
- Non-members are any other company or institution, active in the healthcare sector in Belgium.

No-show & late cancellation fees policy
A no-show fee of €250 will apply for non-attendance without prior cancellation.
Cancellations before September 5 are free of charge. A €100 fee will apply afterwards due to catering commitments.
